Service Description
1. Visual checks around boiler and flue. 2. Remove case and inspect inside boiler. 3. Clean out any system filter that is accessible, check water quality. 4. Analyse products of combustion with flue gas analyser.
Cancellation Policy
We need a minimum of 24 hours for a cancellation otherwise a refund can not be given. Please allow a window of 1 hour before and after your booking as the engineer may be slightly earlier or later to your appointment depending on workload, traffic and other factors. If the engineer arrives within this timeframe and cannot gain access to carry out the work then the appointment will have to be rebooked and charged for again.
